Your renewal (which was for a VoxLite) in July is OK. The reminder you are getting is for your VoxUpgrade (the extra 5 SIP registrations). If you don't need those extra registrations anymore, just don't renew it and the system will automatically regress back to just one as per your VoxLite subscription.
A recently added feature to the web site is the
Account Summary page (a link to it can be found on your
Member Details page). At the bottom of the account summary page, you can see your list of subscriptions (both past and present).
