I'd like to register Ukrainian SIP-service provider, called 3fon.net (www.3fon.net - Ð§Ñ‚Ð¾ Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ðµ 3fon.net?)
It has 800.000 landline numbers (+380894 non-geographic network code) in it's disposal.
3fon.net gives an opportunity to make free calls among 3fon.net users, to make cheap calls to PSTN users all over the world and to perform instant text messaging with both 3fon.net users and anyone else who uses jabber. Obtaining landline number 3fon.net users get an ability to receive calls from PSTN users.
