There is a post on another forum Strange "ring" tones when dialling out? - PennyTel - Voice over IP - Whirlpool Broadband Forums claiming that 183 session messages are not being passed on by Voxalot.

Our testing with numerous devices can not re-produce this problem.

We are keen to verify if there is a problem. If you have the time, please dial +61-731235319 (the phone will not answer) and let us know if you hear music instead of a ring tone.

Then post in this thread:

1. Hardware/Device used for test
2. Provider Used (within Voxalot)
3. If you heard music or not.
