Default Providers showing as failed today

Today my phone wasn't working. When I checked all providers said 'failed' in Voxalot. I opened each to edit it and simply pressed save. They then reregistered and all works.

This happened on both my Voxalot accounts and also my friend's one. We both register with VoipDiscount and Sipgate. I have both my Voxalot accounts registering to the same VoipDiscount account but SIP register is set to 'no' on one of them. I have logged onto all the accounts (8 in total) from the same PC with the same IP address this week. Has that caused a problem perhaps?

So far no repeat of what happened. Anyone else had the same? Any ideas what happened?
