Some providers quoted rates for this group of prefixes, which are mainly satellite phones as you know, are pretty high, so it will be interesting to see what tariffs may come out like

Other operations are being set up to have 'pico' GSM coverage in airliners. Ryanair recently signed a deal that involves roaming set up by Monaco Telecom, though I assumed until now that it would use a +377 MC prefix. A bit odd that the OnAir venture is partly Airbus but being installed in Boeings.
