I'm trying to find free incoming phone numbers for two places:
. San Jose, California (408)
. Salvador, Brazil (71)

I've looked at Globe7 and also TPad who give out free numbers, but you cannot choose the area code without paying. I want the Sipgate equivalent in US and Brazil. Anyone know of any providers?
