I would suggest that your caller has not setup their Caller ID properly.
If they put a DID number in their Caller ID (on a Sipura device this goes in
Display Name of the
Subscriber Information section) then register that number with ENUM (e164.org) pointing to their
123456@ekiga.net address, as long as whoever they call does ENUM lookup on their reply, they should not ever need to know the provider.
