I set 'provider' to 'Voxalot' and tried the following two:
sip:user_id@pbxes.org@voxalot.com
sip:user_id@pbxes.org
Did no work :-(

As my 'user_id' at pbxes.org is not numeris, how can I do this?
SIP Broker code for pbxes.org is *7661, so I tried to put '*7661user_id', it did not work
