Whilst the Voice mail Service is very useful there is a point I would like to raise regarding the Prompt that is spoken in that it simply says "The person at Extension XXXXX is unavailable" BEEP.
It would be a bit better if it went on to say additionally "....please leave a message" BEEP .
Or is it possible to change the default message specific to the owner of the Extension.
Anybody have any thoughts, would be appreciated ...........thanks
