i guess i need to repeat the same message, since our sip server send a re-invite every 10 to 11 minutes, it seems voxalot server is not accepting it so the call is dropped.
any ideas

this is my previous post:
when using the call back service of voxalot and two leg calls are initiated from the same account the two calls are connected to each fine without a problem but it disconnect after 10 minutes and 30 seconds.
