Default siproxyd with voxalor service

Hello all:

I am getting ready to set up a LAN with several SIP clients in it, some of which got connected to the LAN via a VPN tunnel as well. I want to be able to let all of these SIP clients talk to voxalot service. I am thinking of using siproxyd to service all of them. I am not familiar with the software yet but I like to ask if anyone has done similar thing before and how well voxalot service work with this piece of software?

Perhaps an unrelated question: is it actually possible to run siproxy on a masquerading gateway station which is behind another home router to the internet WAN? Would things got confused at all as packets undergo two NAT transformation before reaching internet?

Thanks in advance
