1. Each of the servers are running well within capacity so we can rule out this option.

2. If you are having the same problem calling VoXaLot to VoXaLot then we can almost certainly rule out an IPKall problem.

3. Not sure what you mean by "double" NAT as the VoXaLot servers are on the public network and not behind a NAT firewall. That said, my suspicion is that it is a NAT related problem.

Your symptoms suggest a NAT "keep alive" problem. Can you check if your device rings straight after it registers with VoXaLot and then after a few minutes does not?

Also have your tried dialling your number via a SIP Broker access number to verify the same symptoms?
