Interesting! I am at USA but using eu.voxalot.com instead of us.voxalot.com.
With us.voxalot.com proxy, I couldn't access my VM. I got one-way audio or no ringing often. Hence i switched to eu.voxalot.com last May. so far so good.
au.voxalot.com proxy is with serious echo to me.
