this provider works quite well with Voxalot, and I am using them myself also.

Under the Mapping Menu, click on add a URI

The do the following :

Friendly Name - Name the URI example Home
URI type - select SIP / Enter uri xxxxxx@voxalot.com
Preferred server - Select based on your location or preference
Default mapping - Tick if this is your default account where you want all DIDs to be automatically mapped when created
Map all DIDs to this setting - Maps all to this URI if ticked
Click on the Save or Update button.

If you hover your mouse pointer on the "?" you will get a help display pop-up.

Now click on the DID menu item on the left hand side.

Now select a DID, and click on the Map slected DID dropdown.
The Mapping "Friendly" name will appear.
Select whicever mapping you require.

You can also create Ring or Hunt groups, and map the DID to a Group.

If this does not work, check whether your voxalot account is accepting incoming calls, or if there is a Voxalot device registration problem.

Regards
