yes,

with me too. In contrary to voxalot or FWD kcip make my phone ring, if s.o. calls me using the Austrain (+43 1)-23-ENUM-Entry-Service, instead of directly send the call to VM, like voxalot.

But kcip does not have a voicemailbox (yet?).
