That for sure does not capture the communication between Voxalot and VSP. To get a feel of what Voxalot might have been sending out, you can create a "VSP" which uses your IP as the server in the provider list, make a dial plan using this "VSP", call with X-Lite and let your SJphone sit in your computer to collect the incoming communication from Voxalot server.
Anyway, I guess OP might want to take a look of the P-Src-Ip header and implement his own to get over the FUP problem. Unfortunately, it looks like P-Src-Ip has been abused and is not in effect any more except the only exemption for Voxalot.
