No. This five SIP registrations means that you can configure up to five VSP accounts to receive calls. Each SIP registration is made with one of your VoIP providers (those who support your inbound DIDs) to receive calls. With some of them, you can simply redirect to (where xxxxxx is you Voxalot account number), needing no such registration. But with others you can't do that, so you can register Voxalot as if it were your IP Phone, allowing incoming calls from those VSP. Think Voxalot as a PBX service.
