I think you guys should try to be more objective when complaining, is not always easy to get an idea

However, the dial-plan works, believe me and “greatly” also.
to give practical example of what I did for a friend of mine so that he doesn’t have to change his way of making phone calls.

As you can see just by adding 1 or 2 in front of what he does normally, he can simply switches from provider to other,
and when he do call normally, the call simply go through his prefer provider of everytime.
The location of his ATA is THE HAGUE (Netherlands) as suggested by 0031 national code and 70 regional code.
Just need to be change those adequately for use in other places around the world.
