Under the PBXes extension to which you are connecting, there is a setting called Audio Bypass.... try setting this to yes and calling as above, do you still have the same issue?
Also try calling just
xxxxxx@voxalot.com, or *010xxxxxx@sipbroekr.com and see if any of those produce different results....
