I have no idea how difficult all this is to implement, but would it be possible to allow residential customers to make some minor modifications (personalisation), as suggested above, to the Virtual Tollfree button without charging an extra fee? Would that be an expensive exercise for Voxalot?
People who are going to use it for business purposes should still have to pay, of course. Where I can see a problem for the Voxalot team is in checking whether this would not be abused, as people might still sneak in their brand name on the residential version.
Anyway, it's just an idea.
