Although call history is a useful thing to have, these are some ways (I have used) to get the information until Voxalot adds this feature :
1) Records for Landline/PSTN calls are usually available in the call history of the particular VSP provider used
2) Run the outgoing VoIP calls through a service that generates call records for Voip Calls (by getting creative with the Dial Plan)
3) For incoming VoIP calls, it gets a little awkward. One way would be to use a SIP-broker alias as your incoming VoIP number and run the incoming calls through a VSP that generates call records for all VoIP calls also, and forward it to, or register it in the Voxalot account
Depending on the providers used, some arrangement can almost always be worked out to get all incoming calls recorded.
This is just a workaround until full call records are available from Voxalot .......
Thanks
