My brothers inlaws have a timeshare in Whistler near the Olympics so they are up there right now haning out. There is a local Whisler BC access number.

Looking over my phone logs they have used about 2.5 hours 60 calls on the system. They call in, and dial out using my Betamax voipbuster.com account which has free calling days on it and since I dont use all of my minutes they are free to use them. I have them pepend the dialed number with a 9 to select that trunk, if the quality is bad (which is has not been) they can just drop the 9. Betamax uses XO for US based termination.

Overall I am pretty happy with the system. :-)

Only problem is all the calls show up as anonymous perhaps the Whisler access number is a POTS line???
