Countries with no access numbers
My wife is from Liberia and has family there and in Ghana. We spend way to much on calling cards to talk with her family.
There are no access numbers in Liberia or Ghana and I was wondering what it takes to setup access numbers?
Everyone she calls have cell phones without internet access.
Does anyone has any other suggestions on how I can use my SIP phone to call them free from the United States.
