Besides that they charge to receive calls in Brazil.
I'll continue to look for some Global SIM that offer US, HK, etc. phone number, but after some research and andy's suggestion I think it will be easier to find a SIP VoIP provider that can call UK mobiles very cheap and use it to forward to some of the Isle of Man's SIMs.

Why don't you sign up for a justvoip account and use the justvoip call forwarding feature to forward all calls to your UK mobile, get a voip number with a provider that allows IP/SIP calls and forward to
userid@sip.justvoip.com; that is what I use and it works beautifully. This way you pay only 5cents for receiving call on your mobile. Hope this helps
