Default Calling Voxalot <-> Voxalot Problem

Is EU broken again?

I am trying to test some stuff.
I have a softphone, registered to one voxalot account, trying to call an IP phone registered to a different voxalot account.

The IP phone does not ring.
VM eventually kicks in, I hear 1 sec of the announcement and it drops the line but I still get a missed-call email from VM.

The softphone (SJphone) says :

Outgoing SIP session
Respondent: (sip:nnnnnn@eu.voxalot.com)
Remote client:
Started: Nov 29 17:15
Accepted: Nov 29 17:16
Duration: 00:00:01
Ended: Nov 29 17:16
End reason: Critical transaction failed: Client INVITE transaction[Calling]: timed out

Update
I can call from voipfone via sip:nnnnnn@eu.voxalot.com and *1010nnnnnn, the phone rings.
I can call the IP phone directly via sip:nnnnnn@ip.of.phone

I cannot call from one voxalot account to another using either : nnnnnn, *010nnnnnn or sip:nnnnnn@eu.voxalot.com.

The initial reason I got the second account (and have now paid the premium on it) is because the first account stopped receiving incoming calls.

Both accounts can call out, but they cannot call each other.
