Well, sometimes, they charge, sometime, they don't. No way to tell how they charge. I am sure it is not just a glitch, but they have a system to do this instead of the 300min/7days/per ip. Now, they also doubled the price to many destinations (such as China) for non-free-days. I may not use them if the overall cost get close to other providers (the new price is almost double of callwithus and voip.ms).
