Hi guys,

I'm an Italian user of VoipCheap and I'm testing VoXaLot...

I configured 2 Italian SIP accounts in my VoXalot interface and it's working very well. First, I had to edit my SIP password because it contained the character "/" that I suppose VoXaLot doesn't support.

Now, I have some problem with VoipCheap... The status is always on "Not Registered" and the reason maybe the lenght of my VoipCheap username (14 characters). Infact, this account works both on a software phone and on a common ATA.

Any ideas?
