I've coded up a simple WAP interface for e164.org but have only tested it on a Motorola V3, although the site is fairly simple in any case, you can log in and via your phone numbers and phone number details (such as enum records)...

I haven't decided if this will be worth while extending things, I basically needed a way to monitor numbers and changes via my WAP browser to make sure everything is still working when I'm away from my PC.
