Thank you.

I have reset my ATA to factory settings, following the guide for all the settings related to firewall and STUN and it seems to work now. Interestingly, it looks like it took a couple of hours for the settings to settle in and start working, even though I tried power-cycling both router and ATA.

Looking back, this specific symptoms may have been enabling 'INVITE Auth' setting, which was done for the other problem.
