As a subscriber for the past 4 or 5 years I'm getting pretty upset too. It's happening too often for me to be able to rely on the system. At least one user that I had recommended Voxalot to has given up already.
The concept is fantastic, but the current implementation is flaky. At least Voxalot's timing is impeccable; they wrote to me today advising me that my subscription is due. We'll see. . .
