Support needed: No call records
Can someone from support please pm me about the fact that a second premium account I opened a few weeks ago has never once displayed anything in call records. My other premium account has always displayed call records, although there seemed to be a four day gap recently. I posted an earlier message asking whether there are problems with this feature but received no reply from support.
Both accounts are operating on the same Linksys PAP2 ATA and as far as I know are configured identically--except, of course, account number and password.
If you kindly pm me I will give you the number of the problematic account.
