How to stop Voxalot from acting as Man-in-the-middle?

I am using Voxalot to register my Tpad Account which is only used for incoming calls.

Problem is all calls are coming in via voxalot inspite of symmetric handling set to "No"

I can confirm this...

No, its not related to ATA, ATA is working perfectly besides i get the problem even while using a softphone. Any special settings in voxalot that u put ? Tpad supports only G711ulaw and G711alaw so...

I too cant Tpad to work with VOxoalot. Voxalot shows my Tpad account as registered but no incoming calls get through.

Tpad say they are not blocking any thing.
