Never mind... it turned out to be the firmware...

Never mind... it turned out to be the firmware upgrade of the VPAD ATA. I reverted to an old version and caller ID is fine now.

Ah yes, I've seen this. Try to set your voxalot number as "Phone number" in your ATA, not your PSTN-to-SIP provider access number.
