Mobile Dial Plan on oxalot for PT

Found the answer:
This should be the plan for mobile calls Voxalot-->Pennytel:

4 _04xxxxxxxx ${EXTEN:1} Pennytel Yes (without the country code 61)

Anybody can help with this issue, please?

I just did more tests and found the followings:
1. - all Dial Plans test on Voxalot test page are directed corectly to Pennytel or Nonoh (I have just this 2 VOIP)
