No problems with *600 calls ,i can get echo test...

No problems with *600 calls ,i can get echo test ,the only problem is whan i call any other numbers .
I am not sure witl dail plans i do not know how to set it up .

i have just set up my home phone and mobile phone with pennytel/voxalot .My home phone works great but with nokia i can register to service recive calls but i can not make any calls...
