I have the same experience. But now it works fine with cable internet. But the same setting, with DSL internet, the calls suddenly go to voicemail or not ring on phone.

It seems Shanghai access number has problem. Very very bad quality. Big delate and not clear sound. I tested other access number, they also have the same problem.
