Any Idea as to why the test says *78 is being routed through my VSP (Which is what I want) but I get a busy signal when I actually dial it throught the phone?

Ooops :rolleyes: I forgot, I would also like to do the same for 611, 411, and 911 so when dialed will point and dial through the provider of choice.
