It would help even if we knew that VoXaLot was aware of the problem. The status page says things are operational, but that's not correct.

This morning, can't register to au.voxalot.com. Changing to us.voxalot.com works, as does echo test using that. Any ideas?

I've had no problems in the past adding numbers (PSTN >> SIP). But with one number it does not seem to "take". Both the SIP and PSTN numbers have rung for the verification process, and the PIN...

Tried to ring a number - no progress. Tried *600 (echo test) - nothing. Tried *500 (voicemail) - works. Both modem and softphone say they are registered. A friend has the same problem.

I've read so much, my brian hurts! It's likely I've missed something obvious, but am I correct in presuming that voicemail should pickup an incoming call after 30s or so?
