I have both ports of my PAP2T registered to the same Voxalot account, and it's working fine. It sounds like you're having NAT/router problems.

On my PAP2T, I have the dial plan (*xx|[x*][x*].)...

On my PAP2T, I have the dial plan (*xx|[x*][x*].) and it seems to work both for "vertical service activation codes" and Voxalot/SIP Broker numbers.

According to Vyke's terms of use (https://www.vyke.com/merchantsite/termsofuse.c), an account will expire 6 months from the date of the last successful account charge/recharge.
