I suspect this issue is relative with your Router.
I have ever encountered similar issue,my solution is upgrading my Router firmware version.:)

Keep "Symmetric NAT Handling" field to "no" on the Member Details Page, reboot(reset) your ATA one time,then test.

Ok... I just have the problem when I received a call . Any call , by sipbroker, by other voxalot user, anyway, any calls. When I make calls It is working fine.

Try to set "Symmetric NAT Handling"...

Thank you for your answer emoci . I did see the tutorial . I did step by step and nothing...My wireless routing is allowing the traffic. I donīt know how to see if my Sipura can find its external IP....
