The 7402VGP works fine with other VSP, but just not with Voxalot.

I have tried many settings and I still get that message.

I am not sure what the problem is, but I cannot register my Billion 7402VGP with Voxalot. I have it registering with X-Lite, but I get the following error in my Event Log.
