i dont really see legal issues since voxalot does not provide the caller id functionality and the usual implementation of this "fake" caller id doesnt interfere with the law since the real caller id...

i assume the advanced settings for the provider in voxalot are also not offering a solution to setting the user id with the right outbound caller...
