We know the problem. It is related to the fact the com.au has an IP address range and we just need to work out how to force Asterisk (where the echo test resides) to use the same IP...

There have been no problems reported in the logs. FYI a quick way to sanity check the service is to dial 600 (echo test)

The reason this is the best test is that 600 uses all of the components...
