Speed Dial is not working
 

Speed dial is not working. Facing problem from few days, but now getting worst.and today is not working at all. Dial out complete number work fine.

I have had no issues with Speed Dial (it's working ok)

Are you sure it is not more of a specific issue with a certain Speed Dial destination?

Found the reason, eu.voxalot.com is down and causing all sort of problem you name it. My Pbxes and easypabx were down unless found the reason that eu.voxalot.com.

The only way to solve to switch back to us.voxalot.com.

As a suggestion voxalot should have fall back system if i.e eu.voxalot.com is down it should switch over to us.voxalot.com. may be you can provide this feature in page member detail as primary and secondary cluster in stead of only prefer cluster.

Due to this outage I missed some important calls.

Add a backup service for 'business use'

i.e. for $1 per month per account, can get backup access to servers if there is downtime etc?
especially if you are undertaking maintenance, or if it takes the load of the servers, i.e. round robin.

I'd be happy to pay $1 per month per account for knowing you get a guarenteed SLA.
