Paid for Premium and not updated in site
 
Hi,

I paid for a premium subscription via paypal over 3 days ago and the status in my voxalot account still says basic.

How much longer will it take

Was it an e-check? They can take 4 days to clear.

the same thing with me i need to knwwhy my upgrade is not up yet.

Hi,

Just checked PayPal and it seems you paid via eCheque. The current payment status is PayPal is:

Status: Uncleared (Expected Clearing Date: 9 Jan. 2008)

Once cleared, the system should automatically setup your premium account. If you are still having problems after this time, please PM me.
