Even though I have the correct details entered neither a softphone or ata will register to the voxalot service, now I can't use my sip services direct using my ATA as voxalot has grabbed control so it answers and then sends the call straight to a blank voicemail service.

This means no one can contact me.

I want out.

I removed my SIP accounts from my providers list last night, yet still the are grabbing control of my lines.

Please can I just have Voxalot account above removed and stop taking control over my incoming connections.

I have manually intitated the provider registration cycle (normally you would have had to wait for the next cycle 12 hours from now).

This has removed your entries from VoXaLot however this is subject to your provider cache times (usually 1 hour).
