MyNetFone and VoXaLot

I have not been able to send or receive calls through VoXaLot using my Netcoom V100LS ATA. Vox can register MNF OK. Or I can register my ATA directly with MNF to succeed with both legs. However, the later is not my preferred avenue as I want it to work through VoXaLot!

I also know that MNF are working through DID receive call issues, but I cannot even make calls! I always get an engaged signal. MNF don't appear to want to help as they see it as a Vox problem.

I also have Pennytel and WorldDialPlan registered and functioning OK through Vox.

Please help.

Does the V100LS have dial plans?

Have you setup your VOX dialplan?

When you test the number that you want to dial in the TEST facility on the dialplan page, does the call get forwarded to MNF?

You say that PT works via VOX so I guess that you have a dialplan for PT that implements international dialing rules.

Form looking at http://www.mynetfone.com.au/SPA3102/ I can see that MNF support local dialing rules.

No, the V100LS does not have dial plans and can only register with one VSP. The ATA was originally provided by MNF with its default settings.

I have dial plans in VOX working fine and yes, the TEST does say that the call is forwarded to MNF. I have tried both local and international prefixes in the dial plan without any luck.

Thanks maxalot for your interest. I would welcome any other advice and suggestions...

hi,

i am also having lots of strange issues with MNF and Voxalot. I am connecting to Vox thru a SPA-2000 and then registering with MNF.

Sometimes I can recieve SIP calls to my ATA through voxalot directly, but calls via MNF's DID hit voxalot voicemail and stop.

Recently, DID calls have been hitting MNF voicemail, and not even making it as far as voxalot.

Voxalot always seems to think it is registered to MNF, but calls just dont get through.

Any suggestions?
