help me! I can't access the voice mail through telephone
 
voxalot works good, except I can't access the voice mail through dialing *500. and I also can't access Voice Mail Menus. I like those functions. pls help me to solve it.

What device are you using?

What are your devices DTMF and Codec settings?

If you dial 500 does it go to VM?

If not just let your first dial plan to be like this:
_500 *010${EXTEN} SIP Broker

Then just dial 500.

This is the only way that it works for me.

Thanks a lot, I dial 500, it works, tell me input the password. but I inputed for several times, but told me login incorrect. What happenned? I believed the password it's correct

Looks OK as Voxalot automatically handles 500. Now did you change the DTMF mode to inband?

Please cut and paste your ATA, Codec and DTMF settings.

Preferred Codec: G711u
DTMF Tx Method: InBand

This is exactly the same problem I have
 
Hi,

I posted a similar problem concerning my Siemens C450IP in another thread, and the symptoms seem to match exactly what has been described here.

Once again, my DTMF settings seem to work with any voice prompt system, EXCEPT Voxalot voicemail prompts.

So far, I haven't been able to solve this, and continue accessing my voicemail through a Sipbroker PSTN access number.

Siemens C450 IP
 
I also have the same problem with voicemail & the siemens C450 IP.

Is there any solution for this in the mean time?

FYI I have the same problem where the VM prompt for the password; however I always receive "Login incorrect..." message.

I use the same work-around as bpere by dialing sipbroker PSTN then dialling *061*500 to reach the VM

I've found a solution, at least for the siemens gigaset C-450 IP:
Voicemail works when disabling all DTMF options except for RFC 2833
(using latest firmware)
