Sporadic service - server time - not forwarding correctly

I am on day 3 (that I know of) of not being able to make calls. The service is sporadic. I have tested 2 personal accounts and one account for a friend. Getting fast busy when attempting to dial.

I have noted this in my Xlite debug logs.....

Once again, the times are not accurate in my call forwarding rules. The US EST (GMT -4) zone in particular. I have auto forwards that are supposed to stop at 6:30 AM US EST, yet are still forwarding after 7:00 AM.

Please advise as to when the service corrections will be made. Martin was able to correct this issue before.

This is really getting frustrating guys.

Call forwarding time rules were incorrect by an hour since long time ago. I did not pay much attention to it though because I was thinking it was because of daylight saving time. I don't know how it is now.

The biggest problem is that the whole call forwarding is not working right since the beginning of this week at least.
Initially I was thinking to run some tests and let you guys know what scenarios do not work but then I gave up. It was very unpredictable.

Anyway, few things I clearly noticed about unconditional call forwarding to PSTN number. Maybe we can start with this first.
1) If I call my Voxalot number through Sipbroker PSTN gateway unconditional call forwarding works.
2) If I dial my PSTN number linked to the same Voxalot account through a service provider (registered provider) the call immediately goes to the voicemail.
3) If I dial my IpKall PSTN number which has SIP forwarding to my Voxalot account, the unconditional call forwarding works.

So, I guess the problem is with registered providers at least. Once it will be resolved then we can try conditional call forwarding.

Thanks.

Server times are fine on all servers and the time based forwarding is working on all our tests.

If you PM me your 6 digit account numbers I will take a closer look at what you have setup.

Thanks, Martin, for fixing it.

I tried a few more cases of call forwarding scenarious and found that there was a problem with call forwarding directly to voicemail for registered providers. Again, it seems to be a problem only with registered ones since CF straight to voicemail works fine with IPKall (URI to xxxxxx@voxalot.com instead of registration).

What happens is that incoming call goes straight to voicemail system but a caller hears a generic answer of Voxalot voicemail system asking him to enter extension first, not my voicemail greeting. Obviously none of my callers have any idea about my Voxalot extension, so they simply cannot leave me a message.

Could you please take a look? I use call forwarding directly to voicemail during night time and I'm sure many other Voxalot users do the same.

Thanks in advance and please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with.
