Hello,

Please cancel account with the member ID of 666242.

We are testing some new SIP equipment at work, and my account is interfering with it.

Can't you just remove your Voxalot SIP details from your equipment?

My SIP details are not entered into our system. We are using Trixbox Pro at work, and when I dial out my regular PSTN cell phone number, it hits my Voxalot account (which coincidentally most of the same number). I have no idea how, or why, but I would very much like to get this removed.

Is it possible that you associated your mobile number is associated with your Voxalot account number via ENUM, and your Trixbox Pro is doing an ENUM lookup ?

This is exactly what has happened. I have contacted e164.org several times now, and have received no reply. Is there any way I can have the Voxalot number changed/cancelled instead? I honestly don't know what to do at this point. I am appalled that they will not get back to me!

There certainly is. Login to the e164.org website, click on the Phone Numbers tab and delete the appropriate entries. Too easy! Getting support from e164.org is just about impossible these days. Duane, the guy that was running it appears to have lost interest probably due to lack of time and funds. I believe there is someone interested in taking over the domain but I don't know how far this has progressed to date.
